Confidentiality Statement
At DeReal Consulting LLC ("Consultant"), we prioritize the confidentiality and security of the information shared with us by our clients. This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") ensures that any sensitive or proprietary information you disclose during the consulting engagement will be fully protected. We understand the importance of maintaining your trust, and this Agreement outlines the steps we take to safeguard your business information. Confidential Information refers to any proprietary, confidential, or privileged information shared between the Consultant and Client, which may include but is not limited to business plans, financial data, trade secrets, and proprietary methodologies. The Receiving Party agrees to use the Confidential Information solely for the purposes of the consulting engagement and not for any other purpose. The Receiving Party also agrees not to disclose the information to any third parties without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party and will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the information. Access to the Confidential Information will be limited to those employees or representatives who have a legitimate need to know for the purposes of the consulting engagement. This Agreement does not apply to information that was known to the Receiving Party prior to its disclosure, becomes publicly available through no fault of the Receiving Party, or is independently developed without reference to the Confidential Information. The Agreement will remain in effect for the duration of the consulting engagement and for a period of [Specify Duration, e.g., 2 years] thereafter.
